- You must not use Stitch & Loop for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
3. Accounts and email verification
To use certain features, you’ll need an account. We use your email to:

5. Your content
If Stitch & Loop allows you to create or store content (e.g., notes, projects, lists), you retain ownership of what you submit (“User Content”).
You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your User Content only to operate and improve the Service for you.
6. Intellectual property
We (and/or our licensors) own all rights in Stitch & Loop, including software, design, branding, and any non-user content. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell any part of the Service unless we give you written permission.
7. Third-party services
We may rely on third-party providers (e.g., hosting, email delivery) to run Stitch & Loop. Those providers may process limited data on our behalf (see the Privacy Notice).
We’re not responsible for third-party websites you visit via links from Stitch & Loop.

If Stitch & Loop is in beta or early access:
- features may change, break, or be removed,
- the Service may be unavailable at times,
- data loss is possible (we recommend keeping backups of anything important).
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if:
- you breach these Terms,
- we must do so to comply with law,
- it’s necessary to protect the Service, other users, or us.
You may stop using Stitch & Loop at any time.
10. Disclaimers

Stitch & Loop is not medical, legal, or financial advice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so would be unlawful (e.g., fraud, or death/personal injury caused by negligence).
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we’ll take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, within the Service or by email). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in that jurisdiction will have exclusive authority, unless consumer law requires otherwise.
